Fencing
After changing into your fencing gear, and finding your weapon of choice, a two-time Olympic silver medallist and European champion fencer will give you a brief introduction to the sport of fencing. Basic instruction includes how to lunge at your mate and how to defend his attacks.
This activity really gets the adrenaline going because not only do you compete with the lads but the basic survival instincts also come into play so expect a good physical workout! Go toe to toe with one another in a round robin event and then see who's the best in a semi-final, then final.
